How to Block Someone on Snapchat

Please as I told you, follow the steps carefully to block a user on Snapchat. Blocked users can’t attempt to re-add you to their list of Snapchat friends. You won’t appear in searches for your username, so you have to take not of this.

To block someone on Snapchat:

1. You have to Open the Snapchat app.

2. After it has been opened, Select the Chat tab from the bottom menu.

3. Then tap the round profile icon next to a friend you’ve chatted to previously.

4. Alternatively, tap the three-dots menu icon > Manage Friendships and select the user’s name.

5. In the profile menu of your friend you want to block, select the three-dots menu icon > then tap on Manage Friendship.

6. To block a friend on Snapchat, tap on the Block option.

7. After that a pop-up will appear, then select Block to confirm your choice.

Blocked friends will be removed from your Snapchat friend list immediately after you have blocked the user or friend. Neither you nor the blocked user will be able to send messages to each other.

How to Block a Friend on Snapchat

 If you didn't get the first method then follow this one. When you block a friend or anyone on Snapchat, they won’t be able to view your Story or Charms, or send you Snaps or Chats. Same way that you won't be able to also view the person's chat, story, snap and even non of you will be able to send messages to each other.

To block a friend on Snapchat…

1. Swipe right to go to the Chat screen of your Snapchat when you login to your account.

2. Now, Tap and hold on a friend's name that you want to block.

3. After that, tap on 'Manage Friendship'.

4. Then Tap or select 'Block' to block the person.

Or…

1. Swipe right to go to the Chat screen on your Snapchat.

2. Now, tap on a Chat with the friend you want to block 💬 

3. Then, tap on his or her profile icon at the top.

4. After tapping on it, click on the three (3) dot's at the top, then tap on 'Manage Friendship'

Lastly, you will see block them you Tap on  ‘Block’ to block the person immediately from your friends list on your Snapchat account.
